Black Maple Farm
Living on the property for over 25 years, Lisa and her family on Black Maple Farm have spent many hours working on the farm, raising their animals, managing their Maple Sugar Bush, and providing unique on property Camping and Glamping experiences. As well as, constantly tweaking their "Back to Basics and Old Fashioned Flat Pan Evaporator" processing of their intensively tasty and flavorful maple syrup. Though Lisa has always worked on her reclaimed wood products in her workshop garage, in the last few years, she has begun to sell her Uniquely Canadian home decor items , and will soon be sharing how to create these items with others with via onsite craft workshops! She is a proud Canadian woman and lover of the outdoors and has incorporated that pride into all her decorations and designs!

Organic Maple Syrup
Every year around the end of January, the syrup season starts and work together as a family to harvest and cook our sap and provide the best syrup possible.
Our maple syrup is dark due to our old fashioned approach combining bucket collection with an open evaporator, creating a rich and delicious flavor that goes extremely well on pancakes and any baked goods!
